Job Description:
Your tasks and responsibilities will consist of:
- Servicing and developing existing client relationships
- Extensive liaison with clients, including responding to all written and verbal client enquiries and requests, and following-up any outstanding requirements
- Processing of applications with banks and other financial institutions
- Maintaining communication with the banks and tracking process of applications on a regular basis
- Following through and managing all client projects up until completion
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Identifying and marketing our finance services to potential clients
- Keeping up to date and monitoring trends in the marketplace.
In sum, you will be responsible for providing exceptional quality service to meet our clients’ expectations by understanding their needs and providing accurate and complete information, through solving problems and processing transactions in a professional and timely manner.
Special Conditions:
In order to be considered for this position, you must have a background in Banking and / or Finance, with demonstrable previous experience or knowledge in either of these fields.

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- A confident and clear telephone manner
- The ability to communicate with people at all levels, including staff and clients

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and files
- Being self motivated and comfortable to work autonomously whilst following guidance and maintaining good communication channels with other team members, including the Managing Director.
