Administration Assistant / Courier - Belmont

APHS is seeking a Administration Assistant / Courier to join our team based at Belmont, Perth. This role focuses on the essential administration duties of a busy aged care pharmacy with the successful applicant being given the option to progress into a courier role over time.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you would be responsible for the daily delivery of medications to aged care facilities and related pharmacy administration. Some previous experience in pharmacy and knowledge of drug names would be advantageous although not essential as training will be provided.

Your core responsibilities would include: delivery of stock, liaison with the clients, some stock maintenance, data entry of documentation and general administration.

This is an excellent full time role Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to set you roster within core business hours 7am – 6pm. A company car is provided within work hours.

The ideal candidate will thrive on working and contributing within a fast-paced environment; be motivated to ensure a high standard of attention to detail and have exceptional communication skills. A degree of flexibility is also required as non-routine deliveries will occur.
