Job Description:October shifts• Doncaster Thursday 9th 5pm to 9pm • Gippsland October 20th to 31st Rates negotiable November shifts • Country - Monday 10th, Tues 11th, Wed 12th. Hours 8.30am - 7pm • Country - Monday 10th, Tues 11th, Wed 12th Hours. 8.30am - 7pm • Country - Friday 7th (to go over procedures etc) Hours 4pm - 6pm, Sat 8th 9am - 4pm, Sun 9th 10am - 2pm, Mon 10th 9am - 5.30pm, Tue 11th 9am - 5.30pm, Wed 12th 9am - 5.30pm Rates $45 Mon – Fri, $50 Sat, $55 Sunday, Travel allowance $0. 54c per kilometre, accomodation included. City shifts • Moorabbin 24th Hours 10.30 to 5.30. Rate negotiable We are also looking for Locum Community and Clinical Pharmacists to register for future shifts. Various shifts will becoming available to cover for • School Term Holidays • Public Holidays • Religious Holidays • Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day • School Term Holidays in December & January 2009 • Annual leave and Maternity leave replacements • EMERGENCY SITUATIONS We need experienced Pharmacists who can be “IN CHARGE” as sole Pharmacists and Second or Support Pharmacists to work in a team.
