PHO - Emergency (QLD)

PHO - Emergency (North Brisbane)
CPG Health are currently recruiting an Emergency PHO to work in a leading North Brisbane based hospital for a 3 - 6 month contract.

The Principal House Officer is expected to participate in the provision, development and maintenance of an effective, efficient and equitable clinical service to patients presented to the Emergency Department under supervision of a Consultant.

Key accountabilities:

Provide clinical care of patients under the supervision of a Consultant as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team, including ensuring continuity of care both within the department and with external service providers.
The position is located at the Emergency Department of the Hospital.
Participates rotate through a 24-hour roster.

Essential Requirements:

Full registration on the QLD Medical Board or immediate eligibility.
Trainees in the ACEM programmer or experienced applicants are welcome to apply.
Recognised qualifications in either Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, Canada, USA or South Africa
Australian permanent residence required
