Leading Pharmacies require a Full time Retail Manager to provide leadership and motivation to the team, ensuring that exceptional customer service levels are maintained. Working together with the experienced Pharmacist in Charge you will be ready to take ownership for the pharmacy's performance including stock control, rosters and training new employees.

Job Description:

To be successful you will need:
- Retail experience (pharmacy will be highly regarded)
- Customer service skills
- Current management of leadership experience
- A sound understanding of roster and salary management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A solid knowledge of stock management and merchandising tasks
