Pharmacist Manager

A rare and exciting full time opportunity has become available for an experienced "Pharmacist Manager" to join a fast-paced and dynamic Pharmacy located in Rural Queensland.

To be eligible for this position, you will be a qualified Pharmacist with a proven background in delivering an exemplary level of customer service at all times. In addition to this you will also possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• The ability to prioritise your workload when required
• A positive work ethic with a "can-do" attitude
• A strong attention to detail

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for the day to day smooth running of the business which will consist of, but not limited to the following:

• Ensuring customer satisfaction levels are being met
• Management of all staff and their rosters
• Monitoring stock control
• Ensuring Dispensary dead lines and Targets are met
• Reporting to the Director with KPIs, reports and statistics where necessary

In return for you hard work and experience, you will be rewarded with an hourly rate of $40 per hour, accommodation, transport alongside the ability to work within a great team.
