You will need to be self motivated, enthusiastic and happy in nature, work independently, aggressively drive sales up, have exceptional customer service skills and ethics, train and motivate pharmacy team.The pharmacy has been recently accredited and it will be necessary to keep up or improve on QCPP standards A national banner pharmacy is in town and competition is keen and aggressive. The successful applicant must better or excel competition and service if we are to grow.It will be desirable that the applicant be IT competent and have good managerial principals and ethics. Passed experience demonstrating competency in management and sales is necessary.The pharmacy also services the local hospital and knowledge of hospital procedures and implementation would be an advantage.The pharmacy is situated in one of Victorias most sort after tourist precincts and is a Mecca for golf enthusiast and water activity lovers.
